This is a strapless dress featuring a Hawaii-like graphic print that incorporates flowers and shapes. There is an added panel in the bottom back that gives it a nice flare ruffle shape when worn. Made by P.V. Rich in the USA, and is union made. Listed size 7/8 but check measurements as it is vintage. No material listed but feels like cotton.
