90s Rayure Paris black burnout velvet top. This button down blouse is made in France and features a square neckline with a collar, and is long sleeve with button cuffs. 11 buttons going down the center, made of gray iridescent seashell and the brand Rayure is on each button. This top is slightly sheer and has lots of stretch. In great condition. Has extra button on content tag in case you lose one!
